Doctor Profit Net Worth and Bio 2026: Who Is @DrProfitCrypto?
Doctor Profit (@DrProfitCrypto): a pseudonymous trader with a Whop group of 10,984 members. His dated Bitcoin calls since 2025 and what his income shows.
Crypto Tony (@CryptoTony__): a pseudonymous Dubai trader with 571K X followers. His paid Discord, dated Bitcoin calls and why no net worth figure holds up.

Crypto Tony is a pseudonymous trader who has posted Bitcoin and altcoin charts on X since August 2017 and has 571,500 followers there (X profile, 2026). He lists Dubai as his location, sells access to a Discord trading group through Patreon and publishes no real name. His public calls are dated and checkable. Every net worth figure we found traces back to a profile that confuses him with other people.

Our assessment
Crypto Tony posts timestamped chart updates that name the levels he watches, so his public calls are checkable. His identity, his own trades and the results of his paid group are not published, and his best-known cycle targets from August 2025 missed by a wide margin.
What stands out
What holds it back
At a glance
What we know of Crypto Tony comes almost entirely from his own accounts. The X profile @CryptoTony__ was created in August 2017, gives Dubai as its location and carries a short bio. It says that 99% will lose money invested and that the content is educational only. CoinGape's roundup of crypto X accounts, updated 5 January 2026, describes him as active since 2017 and focused on Bitcoin, Ethereum and altcoins such as INJ and DOGE, with an emphasis on risk management.
The account is prolific. It had passed 140,000 posts by 2026, which works out to more than 15,000 a year across nine years. The typical post is a chart headed "$BTC / $USD - Update" with one or two sentences on the level he wants to see next. Those sentences lean on market-structure terms such as liquidity grabs, retests, gaps, higher lows.
We found no documented education, prior employer, interview or company filing tied to him. No court record, regulator notice or on-chain investigation names him either. A biography of Crypto Tony is, for now, the history of an account.
No filing, audit or interview states his net worth. The figure that circulates comes from Coinpedia, which lists $750 million to $1 billion. The same profile calls him "Andreas Antonopoulos", gives a 1972 birth in the United Kingdom, British-Greek nationality and University College London, and names him as founder of the Thinking Crypto podcast.
Those details belong to two other men. Antonopoulos is a Bitcoin author. Thinking Crypto is hosted by Tony Edward. Coinpedia's social links also point to @CryptoTony, a different X account with 259 followers and no posts. A profile built on the wrong identity does not support a wealth estimate, and we discard the number.
What we can document is how the account earns. The paid channels are these:
None of these channels publishes member counts or revenue. Is the total large? It could be. If a few thousand members pay £9 a month, the sum adds up over years, and X pays creators for subscriptions too. That "if" is where the evidence stops. Anything past it is a guess dressed as a number. In our view, the honest answer is that Crypto Tony's net worth is unknown, and the sites that print a figure have not checked who he is.
His public record is long, so we picked dated posts with a clear level or claim and compared them with later prices.
| Date | Statement | What happened |
|---|---|---|
| 4 Mar 2024 | Says he did not call the exact bottom but got his community into Bitcoin at $31,000 | Self-reported. The entry call sat in his group, not in a public post we found |
| 18 Aug 2025 | Cycle targets: BTC $250,000, ETH $10,000, BNB $1,800, SOL $1,000, DOGE $2, ADA $0 | BTC peaked at $126,210 on 6 Oct 2025. On 6 Nov 2026 BTC traded at $76,024 and ETH at $2,240 (Fortune). ADA still trades |
| 9 Mar 2026 | BTC holding a retest. Names $70,000 as the move he wants next | BTC traded above $80,000 by 8 May 2026 (NewsBTC). No deadline was attached |
| 22 Aug 2026 | Until BTC takes out the last high and puts in a higher low, the market is still a bear market | A structural rule, not a target. BTC sat 39.8% below its record on 6 Nov 2026 |
| 26 Oct 2026 | Wants BTC to climb toward $82,000 to reach liquidity above the market | BTC traded at $80,221 on 5 Nov and $76,024 on 6 Nov 2026. We found no confirmed print at $82,000 |
The August 2025 list drew wide coverage. CryptoPotato covered it the next day and flagged two points of controversy. One was the $0 target for Cardano, an asset with a market cap close to $34 billion at the time. The other was the absence of XRP. The Bitcoin target asked for a 2x from the then record of $124,500. The cycle topped seven weeks later at $126,210, and the market turned down from there.
Read together, the table shows two kinds of statement. Short-term chart calls name a level, carry no deadline and are hard to score as hits or misses. Cycle targets are concrete enough to score, and the one set we found missed. His bear market rule of August 2026 is the clearest of the five, because it tells the reader what would change his view. Our reading is that his public feed rewards readers who treat it as commentary on structure. It does not support treating it as a forecast service.
For comparison, Crypto Rover also published six-figure Bitcoin targets for 2025, and MMCrypto stayed bullish through the same drawdown.
The name "Crypto Tony" is shared, copied and misattributed, and the confusion runs through news coverage as well as profile sites. Accounts and people that are not @CryptoTony__ include these:
The real account has two underscores in the handle, an August 2017 join date, Dubai as its location and a pinned post that links to TradingTemple on Patreon. Check all four before you follow a link or join a group. A direct message that offers managed trading, a presale allocation or a wallet connection does not need a matching handle to be a scam. Report it to the platform and do not reply.
