Incentiv (CENT) Review 2026: Token, Vesting and User Feedback
Incentiv runs a proof-of-work EVM chain that pays rewards from fees. We checked CENT's 100B supply, 9.8% float, vesting schedule and on-chain usage.
Concrete manages $1.31B in DeFi vaults, but its CT token claims none of the fees. We checked CT tokenomics, vesting, audits, price history and holder data.

Concrete is a DeFi vault platform built by Blueprint Finance that held $1.31 billion in deposits from 53,990 depositors on 5 November 2026. CT, its governance token, launched on 30 September 2026 and carries no claim on that money or on the fees it earns. The vault business has a track record. The token has five weeks of one, and in that time CT fell 80% from its peak.

Our assessment
Concrete runs a working vault business with $1.31 billion in deposits, 53,990 depositors and audits from Halborn, Cantina, Code4rena and Zellic. CT sits on top of that business without owning any of it. The token carries no fee share, 50% of supply belongs to the team and investors, and CT lost 80% from its 2 October 2026 peak within a month.
What stands out
What holds it back
Key facts
Concrete packages DeFi yield strategies into ERC-4626 vaults. A deposit mints a ct[asset] share, such as ctSrUSDC, and the share price moves with the vault's net asset value. The Concrete Foundation describes four product lines.
Deposits sit in a Gnosis Safe or a Fordefi MPC wallet, with automated roles handling allocation and withdrawals (Phemex Academy). In March 2026 Concrete integrated with Binance Wallet for USDT yield, according to Blueprint Finance.
CT is a different instrument from the vault shares. Locked or staked CT gives a vote on strategy approvals, collateral classes, fee frameworks and treasury policy, with governance introduced in stages. Stakers also earn Concrete points and fee adjustments on their own activity. The Foundation's own wording excludes the rest. CT confers no ownership, equity, debt, dividend or profit-sharing rights.
Supply is fixed at 1 billion CT, and the Ethereum contract caps it with no setter function. The allocation splits four ways.
| Allocation | Share | CT |
|---|---|---|
| Ecosystem (airdrop, liquidity, growth) | 35% | 350 million |
| Investors | 28% | 280 million |
| Team | 22% | 220 million |
| Foundation | 15% | 150 million |
The Foundation published the split without monthly figures. MEXC and DropsTab report a one-year cliff for team and investor tokens, and DropsTab describes releases over 12 quarters from the TGE. On that reading, the first insider tokens reach the market from 30 September 2027.
CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap count 190 million CT in circulation as of 2 November 2026, while Concrete self-reports 200 million to CoinMarketCap (Phemex). The fully diluted valuation stood at $121.5 million against a $23.1 million market cap on 2 November, a ratio of 5.3 to 1. At that FDV the investor allocation was worth $34.0 million. Blueprint Finance raised $17 million in equity before 2026, plus an undisclosed strategic round in August 2026.
Claims for the ecosystem airdrop run through Merkl with geoblocking and sanctions screening, and VPN access is barred. The claim terms let the issuer revoke unclaimed allocations and cap its aggregate liability at $100. Binance Alpha ran a separate Alpha Points airdrop at launch.
The vault numbers are steady. DefiLlama recorded $1.267 billion in TVL on 2 October 2026, 2.07% below its 22 September peak of $1.294 billion (via Phemex Academy). The Concrete app showed $1.311 billion in deposits, $24.90 billion in cumulative volume and 53,990 depositors on 5 November. One month of a falling token barely touched the deposit base.
That gap is the story. Depositors came for yield on USDT, BTC and ETH, and the token does not change what they earn. On 2 November CoinGecko put CT's market cap at 2% of the protocol's TVL. A low ratio. Also a fair one, for a token that votes on deposits and owns none of them.
Staking tells the same thing. The sCT vault held 2.67 million CT on 5 November, or 1.4% of the circulating supply. Governance is the main use case. Almost nobody has locked tokens to use it yet, partly because the dedicated governance post with voting rules and timelines had not appeared by that date.
Blueprint Finance was founded in 2023 and is led by co-founder and CEO Nic Roberts-Huntley. The company raised a $7.5 million seed round in February 2024 and $9.5 million in June 2025, led by Polychain Capital with YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs), VanEck, BitGo and Gate Ventures, according to Fortune and Blueprint's own announcement. Dealroom lists valuations of $30 million and $38 million for those rounds. Blueprint also develops Glow Finance on Solana.
The legal structure has three layers. The Concrete Foundation is a Cayman Islands foundation company that holds the CT treasury. Its BVI subsidiary, Concrete Network, Ltd., issued CT and is the entity seeking admission to trading under the EU's MiCA regulation, with a crypto-asset white paper published on the Foundation site.
Audit coverage of the vault contracts is broad. The Concrete docs host reports from Halborn going back to August 2024, a Code4rena review, a Cantina review of Earn v2 Core dated 3 March 2026 and a 2025 Zellic audit. Halborn ran a core and a supplemental audit of the CT token. The reports do not end every question. Halborn's Upgradeable Migration Assessment flagged the lack of a timelock for critical functions, and the team marked the finding "risk accepted." We found no reported exploit of Concrete vaults as of 5 November 2026.
CT opened on Binance Alpha at 08:00 UTC on 30 September 2026, and spot trading followed the same morning on OKX, KuCoin, Gate, HTX, MEXC and BingX. The first daily close on CoinMarketCap was $0.4089. Two days later CryptoRank recorded the all-time high of $0.6145.
Then it went one way. By 24 October CT reached $0.1505, and by 2 November CoinGecko showed $0.1215, down 18.9% over seven days and 80% from the peak. This was the first month of a new governance token, with 81% of supply outside circulation. Phemex counted 92.90% of supply in 102 wallets in mid-October, 100 of which had never sent CT. So the price was set by a small slice of supply, and it fell anyway.
Volume data does not agree with itself. On 2 November CoinMarketCap reported $1.04 billion in 24-hour volume, while CoinGecko reported $11.7 million for the same token on the same day. CoinGecko also put derivatives open interest at 177% of market cap. Spot depth looked thin by comparison. The largest on-chain pool held $77,651 on 3 October (Phemex Academy).
The risks below apply to CT on top of general crypto market risk.
CT/USDT spot pairs trade on OKX, KuCoin, Gate, HTX, MEXC and BingX, and through Binance Alpha inside Binance Wallet. Deposits run on ERC-20, with BNB Chain supported where the exchange lists that network. KuCoin, Gate, MEXC, HTX and BingX do not accept US residents under their terms, so availability depends on the reader's country and the exchange entity serving it.
Self-custody works with any Ethereum or BNB Chain wallet. The official contract is 0x0A092E544DA31150b439a1aAA1A3a2214a867F46 on both chains, and the BNB Chain version is a LayerZero token minted against CT locked in the bridge. Holders who stake through the sCT vault on Ethereum receive sCT and withdraw back to CT through a queue.
