Today Binance crypto exchange has posted an announcement about listing Ravencoin (RVN). It will open trading for RVN/BNB and RVN/BTC tomorrow at 04:00 AM (UTC).
What is Ravencoin? This is a blockchain platform which is designed for transferring assets. Built on a fork of the BTC code, Ravencoin was launched in January this year. This is a fully open-source project (without ICO and masternodes). At the moment of writing, its coin was on 129th by market cap according to Coinmarketcap. According to information on the official website of the project, it is ASIC free and features X16R mining algorithm.
RVN surged by 20% directly after Binance announcement. It should also be noted that on 30 September Ravencoin company announced Mainnet launching “in one month”. Those who purchased the coin two weeks ago are now fixing profit.
By the way, Binance has recently delisted BCN, TRIG, and other coins.
