Cluster Protocol Price Prediction: CP Bear, Base and Bull to 2030
CP trades at $0.0073, 84% under its September high. We compile published Cluster Protocol forecasts and test them against the 2027-2030 vesting calendar.
PNT price prediction from published models: bear, base and bull cases for 2026, 2027 and 2028 against $0.0269 on 8 November 2026, 55% under the TGE price.

PNT, the token of the cross-chain protocol Pheasant Network, traded at $0.0269 on 8 November 2026 (CoinGecko). That is 46% below the $0.05 public sale price and 55% below the $0.06 TGE reference of 5 October. Published models put the median 2026 average at $0.0317 and the median 2027 average at $0.057. In our view, these numbers describe the market PNT trades in more than the protocol behind it. That market has a $2.5 million cap and $14,000 of daily volume, and the token's utilities remain on the roadmap.

The forecast for this coin is being updated for the new year.
Pheasant Network started in 2022 as an optimistic bridge between Ethereum and layer 2 networks. It now presents itself as an intent-based interoperability protocol with an AI-assisted DeFi Super App. Its December 2025 funding release reported more than $200 million in cumulative cross-chain volume across Ethereum and 30+ layer 2 networks.
The token side looks different. PNT's market data on 8 November 2026:
| Metric | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $0.02692 | CoinGecko |
| Market cap | $2.55 million, rank #2157 | CoinGecko |
| Fully diluted valuation | $26.9 million | CoinGecko |
| Supply | 94.7 million circulating of 1 billion | CoinGecko |
| 24-hour volume | $14,173 | CoinGecko |
| All-time high | $0.08042 | CoinGecko |
| 7-day change | -9.3% | CoinGecko |
Trackers disagree on circulating supply. Pheasant's own figure at TGE was 110.98 million PNT, or 11.098%. CoinGecko counts 94.7 million, and CoinGabbar's late-October dashboard implied 126 million. A spread of 31 million tokens is a third of the reported float.
PNT trades on KuCoin (PNT/USDT), Kraken (PNT/USD), Bitvavo (PNT/EUR), BloFin and a Uniswap V3 pool on Ethereum. If you hold it on-chain, our Uniswap Wallet review covers the wallet tied to that pool.
The five weeks since launch break into a short sequence:
| Date | Event |
|---|---|
| 10 Dec 2025 | $2 million seed and grants, led by mint, with 90s and support from the Ethereum Foundation, Optimism and Polygon Labs |
| 30 Sep to 4 Oct 2026 | ChainGPT Pad public sale at $0.05 raises $150,000, 5.01x oversubscribed |
| 5 Oct 2026 | TGE at a $0.06 reference, trading opens on Kraken, KuCoin and Uniswap |
| 6 Oct 2026 | BloFin listing, PNT near $0.07 on CoinGecko |
| 9 Oct 2026 | PNT at $0.0394 after a 16% daily drop |
| 27 Oct 2026 | Airdrop Season 1 claims close, PNT at $0.0317 |
| 8 Nov 2026 | PNT at $0.0269, level with its CoinGecko all-time low |
Two forces explain the slide, and neither is specific to Pheasant.
First, the token went to market with supply that had no reason to stay. Public sale buyers received 100% of their tokens at TGE, at a price below the listing reference. Buzzdrop participants received 20% at TGE. Airdrop Season 1 holders had until 27 October to claim. Each group held tokens bought cheap or received free, and the order books had little else on the other side.
Second, the volume that existed was concentrated. On 18 October KuCoin carried 99% of reported PNT volume, $3.86 million of $3.90 million (DropsTab). By 8 November total daily volume across venues had fallen to $14,173. A token that trades this thinly moves on small orders in both directions. CoinGabbar recorded a one-day DEX volume of $823.73 on 27 October.
Then there is the price itself. The $0.05 sale implied a $50 million fully diluted valuation. Today the market assigns $26.9 million. Between those two numbers sits the market's estimate of what an intent-bridge token is worth before its utility exists, and that estimate has moved one way since October.
PNT's utility is a list of plans. The project's own claim page names four functions: protocol functions, fee discounts on eligible products, Super App benefits and governance. CoinGabbar's review of that page in October found all four marked as upcoming.
The roadmap confirms the order. Phases 1 and 2 are complete:
PNT advantages, Bridge-as-a-Service expansion and a stablecoin layer sit in phase 3. NFTs, cross-chain yield and real-world assets follow in phase 4, governance in phase 5. None of these phases has a published date.
In our reading, this is the central fact for any PNT forecast. The bridge works and has moved more than $200 million. The token does not yet capture any of it. A holder today owns an option on the phase 3 design, priced at a $26.9 million FDV. Protocol TVL, which stood at $142,400 on 27 October per CoinGabbar, is small next to that figure.
We found three range-based forecasts and one calculator published between 6 October and 8 November 2026:
| Source | Date | 2026 low / avg / high | 2027 low / avg / high | 2028 low / avg / high |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CoinDataFlow | 8 Nov 2026 | $0.0207 / n/a / $0.0341 | $0.0199 / $0.0431 / $0.0662 | $0.0365 / $0.0827 / $0.1289 |
| Bitrue | 6 Oct 2026 | $0.032 / $0.066 to $0.070 / $0.073 | $0.031 / $0.070 to $0.072 / $0.110 | $0.059 / $0.080 to $0.144 / $0.229 |
| CoinGabbar | 27 Oct 2026 | $0.0222 / $0.0300 to $0.0333 / $0.0476 | n/a | n/a |

No bank, asset manager or research desk had published a PNT target as of November 2026. The figures come from statistical models and exchange or crypto media blogs.
Base equals the median of averages. Where a source published a range for the average, we used its midpoint. Bear equals the lowest published low and bull the highest published high, since two or three sources per year give no usable quartiles.
We chose 2028 as the long horizon instead of 2030. Both range-based models publish 2030 averages at 10x or more of today's price: $0.27 for CoinDataFlow and $0.52 for Bitrue. Under our outlier rule both drop out, which would leave 2030 without a central estimate. For 2028 every published figure stays within 8.5x.
We excluded three inputs:
Bitrue's synthesis carries a caveat of its own. It was written on 6 October at prices between $0.064 and $0.068 and credits CoinDataFlow for its tables without attributing each row. It has not been revised since PNT lost nearly 60% of that level.
Summed up in one line per case, against $0.0269:
| Case | 2026 | 2027 | 2028 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bear | $0.0207 (-23%) | $0.0199 (-26%) | $0.0365 (+36%) |
| Base | $0.0317 (+18%) | $0.0570 (+112%) | $0.0974 (+262%) |
| Bull | $0.0730 (+171%) | $0.1100 (+309%) | $0.2290 (+751%) |
The 2026 and 2027 bear figures come from CoinDataFlow, the only model updated after the October slide. They place PNT 23% to 26% below today. The 2028 bear figure sits above the current price because no model draws a decline that far out. That is a gap in the forecasts, not evidence of a floor.
Conditions that lead toward this case:
Signals to watch: closes below $0.0250, KuCoin volume below $10,000 a day, and a fall in protocol TVL under $100,000.
The base case rests on two models that disagree by a factor of 1.6 on 2027 and 1.4 on 2028. The 2027 base of $0.057 still sits under the $0.06 TGE reference. The 2028 base of $0.0974 implies a $97 million FDV, close to twice the $50 million valuation of the public sale.
For that to hold, PNT needs a reason to be bought that is not a listing or a campaign. A dated phase 3 release with fee discounts tied to bridge use would be one. Steady growth in Super App users would be another.
Signals to watch: an official phase 3 date, protocol TVL above $1 million, and daily volume above $250,000 outside KuCoin.
Bitrue's highs set the bull line, so it carries the optimism of launch week. $0.073 for 2026, $0.110 for 2027, $0.229 for 2028. The last figure equals a $229 million FDV.
Could it happen? Only if four things go right together. Bridge-as-a-Service clients paying in PNT. Intent volume from AI agents, which today is a standard (ERC-8004 integration is in progress) more than a market. A second wave of listings. And a broader crypto market willing to fund small-cap infrastructure again. Three of the four appear in the roadmap. None has a number attached yet.
Team (15.5%) and investors (15.79%) hold 313 million PNT, more than three times the circulating supply CoinGecko reports. We found no published cliff or release schedule for either group in the sources we reviewed. The user and community pool (44.71%) and treasury (18%) have no published release terms either. Until Pheasant publishes the calendar, every forecast above assumes a supply path nobody outside the team is able to check.
At $14,000 of daily volume, an order of a few thousand dollars moves the price. The bulk of the volume history sits on a single exchange. If KuCoin activity fades after its campaigns end, the remaining venues carried less than $50,000 a day in October.
Pheasant's product is a bridge, and bridges carry a long record of exploits, Ronin and Wormhole among them in 2022. An exploit on the optimistic bridge would hit user funds first and the token immediately after. Three tokens share the PNT ticker, pNetwork and Penta Network among them, so the Ethereum contract address is the only reliable identifier.
