Cluster Protocol Price Prediction: CP Bear, Base and Bull to 2030
CP trades at $0.0073, 84% under its September high. We compile published Cluster Protocol forecasts and test them against the 2027-2030 vesting calendar.
XDP price prediction from six published forecasts: bear, base and bull cases for 2026, 2027 and 2030 against $0.0155 on 8 November 2026 and the 2027 vesting.

XDP, the governance token of the XRP yield protocol Doppler Finance, traded at $0.0155 on 8 November 2026 (CoinGecko). That is 36% below its $0.0244 listing price of 28 September and 65% below the launch-hour high on CoinMarketCap. Four forecasts published since late September put the median 2026 average at $0.0214 and the median 2027 average at $0.0244, yet three of the four were written while XDP still traded above $0.021. The long horizon rests on thinner ground, and every scenario sits under the release of 3.8 billion team, investor and partner tokens from September 2027.

Doppler Finance runs yield vaults for XRP and RLUSD holders, live since February 2025. Deposits are held with Fireblocks and Copper and deployed into arbitrage and funding-rate strategies, with yield paid in the deposited asset. XDP itself lives on Base, not on the XRP Ledger.
The market data on 8 November 2026:
| Metric | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $0.01547 | CoinGecko |
| Market cap | $15.5 million, rank #968 | CoinGecko |
| Fully diluted valuation | $154.7 million | CoinGecko |
| Supply | 1 billion circulating of 10 billion max | CoinGecko |
| 24-hour volume | $13.2 million | CoinGecko |
| All-time high | $0.04409 on 28 September 2026 | CoinMarketCap |
The all-time high deserves a caveat. Aggregators disagree on it because they started tracking at different minutes of launch day. CoinMarketCap records $0.04409, OKX $0.0323, CoinGecko $0.02745. On CoinGecko's own data, XDP now trades within 0.2% of its all-time low of $0.01545.
Six weeks of trading compress into a short chronology:
| Date | Event |
|---|---|
| 7 Aug 2025 | $3 million seed round led by Reforge, with Digital Currency Group and Maven 11 |
| 26 Aug 2026 | XDP announced with a 10 billion supply and a 1% Genesis Airdrop |
| 28 Sep 2026 | Trading opens on Kraken, KuCoin, OKX, Bitvavo and Binance Alpha at $0.0244 |
| 2 to 3 Oct 2026 | Canton Network vault and Flare FXRP access announced |
| 11 Oct 2026 | XRP vault passes 90 million XRP, worth over $125 million |
| Mid-Oct 2026 | XDP staking and Doppler Points Season 3 go live |
| 8 Nov 2026 | XDP closes the week at $0.0155, down 11.8% in seven days |
Spot XDP trades on Kraken, KuCoin, OKX and Uniswap pools on Base. Futures run on Bybit, OKX, Gate and BingX, among 14 derivatives venues CoinGecko tracks.
Volume tells its own story. On 2 October XDP turned over $330 million against a market cap under $20 million, a ratio above 16 to 1. By 8 November daily volume had fallen to $13.2 million. In our reading, the launch volume reflected airdrop rotation and leveraged trading more than accumulation.
The vault business shows growth in its own unit. User balances rose from 51.1 million XRP on 27 February 2026 to 83.3 million on 19 June and past 90 million in October, per Doppler's quarterly reports cited by Bitcoin.com News. That is a 76% rise in XRP terms in under eight months.
The harder question is how much of that growth reaches XDP. Two observations frame the answer. First, Doppler has not announced any fee share for token holders. Vault yield goes to depositors. Doppler reported weekly rates of 3% APR on XRP and 7% on RLUSD in October. Second, the main reward for staking XDP is Doppler Points. Staked XDP earns 0.2 points per $1 per hour, 20 times the vault rate, and stakers locked more than 30 million XDP within a week of launch.
Points carry an implied promise of a future distribution. They are not cash flow. Hyperliquid, by contrast, routes fees into HYPE buybacks, a link we trace in our Hyperliquid price prediction. Until governance or the planned Safety Module gives XDP a measurable claim on protocol income, the token trades on expectations for the vaults, not on their revenue. The XDP fully diluted valuation of $154.7 million already exceeds the $125 million held in the XRP vault on 11 October.
Each scenario below describes conditions and the signals that would show the market moving toward it. Figures come from published forecasts, aggregated as described in the methodology.
The bear figures are the lowest published lows: $0.0100 for 2026 (CoinGabbar), $0.0109 for 2027 (CoinDataFlow), and $0.0200 for 2030 (Bybit's model). The first two imply drops of 35% and 30% from today. The 2030 figure sits above the current price, because no published source models a decline over that horizon. That gap is a weakness of the forecast base, not a sign of safety.
Conditions that lead toward the bear case:
Signals to watch: daily closes below the $0.0155 area, staked XDP falling under 30 million, and XRP vault balances dropping below 90 million XRP.
The base figures are the median of published averages: $0.0214 for 2026, $0.0244 for 2027, and $0.0238 for 2030.
Here the arithmetic needs a plain reading. The 2026 base case implies a 38% rise in seven weeks. It reflects when the forecasts were written, not a measured probability. BeInCrypto, CoinGabbar and Bittime published at prices between $0.0213 and $0.0235, and their base ranges assumed sideways trading near those levels. Only CoinDataFlow, updated on 8 November, priced in the October slide. Its 2026 range of $0.0114 to $0.0195 brackets today's price.
The 2030 base of $0.0238 implies a fully diluted valuation of $238 million. That is a modest multiple of today's vault balances. It also assumes the market absorbs the vesting supply without a lasting discount.
Signals to watch: steady growth in XRP vault balances, the XRPL lending product launching after XLS-66 activation, and XDP holding between $0.018 and $0.025.
The bull figures are the highest published highs within our limit: $0.0360 for 2026 (Bittime), $0.0443 for 2027 (CoinGabbar), and $0.0388 for 2030 (CoinDataFlow's low end).
The 2027 high matches the launch-day peak on CoinMarketCap, 186% above today. To get there something has to change in the token itself, not in the market alone. A fee share through governance would do it. So would a working Safety Module that pays stakers for underwriting vault risk. Or the Flare and Canton integrations bring in deposits large enough to reprice the whole protocol, and they did not exist a year ago. None of these has a date.
Signals to watch: a governance proposal routing protocol fees to stakers, a dated Safety Module launch, and total vault deposits passing their $149.2 million peak of 15 May 2026.

No investment bank, asset manager or research desk had published an XDP target as of November 2026. Every figure comes from crypto media, exchange blogs or statistical models.
Base equals the median of averages. Where a source published only a range, we used its midpoint. Bear equals the lowest published low and bull the highest published high, because two to four sources per year make quartiles meaningless.
The 2030 row is the weakest in the table. CoinDataFlow's 2030 average of $0.185 and high of $0.331 sit 12 and 21 times above today's price, so we excluded them as outliers. That left three 2030 figures under the 10x limit: Bybit's model, MEXC's fixed 5% growth calculator, and CoinDataFlow's low. We used all three and flag that two of them are arithmetic rather than analysis.
We also excluded two inputs:
Team (18%), investors (16%) and partners (4%) hold 3.8 billion XDP in escrow through Coinbase Token Manager. The lockup runs 12 months from launch, then the tokens vest over 24 to 36 months. If release is linear, that adds between 106 million and 158 million XDP a month, or 11% to 16% of today's float. The ecosystem (43%) and treasury (14%) allocations have no published release calendar at all.
Doppler is a CeDeFi protocol. Deposits move from Fireblocks wallets to off-exchange settlement, trading partners are not named, and withdrawals take seven days. A partner insolvency or a custody failure would hit the vaults first and the token immediately after. CertiK and Zenith have audited the contracts. Audits do not cover a counterparty.
Ten wallets controlled 61.14% of supply at the end of September, with the largest at 39.11%, per Phemex. The share outside them trades on thin order books. Copycat tokens with the same ticker trade on Solana, so the Base contract address matters more than the name. Doppler has said it never asks users to send funds or share a seed phrase to receive XDP.
