Cluster Protocol Price Prediction: CP Bear, Base and Bull to 2030
CP trades at $0.0073, 84% under its September high. We compile published Cluster Protocol forecasts and test them against the 2027-2030 vesting calendar.
MCAT trades at $0.59 with only 9.4% of supply circulating. We compile published MarsCat forecasts and test each scenario against who holds the other 90.6%.

MCAT traded at $0.5923 on 8 November 2026, 50% below its $1.19 high of 19 September and seven times its listing-day low (CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap). Published forecasts give a median path of $0.47 by end of 2026, $0.70 by end of 2027 and $1.00 by 2030. We think that path rests on an assumption the data does not support. Only 94.06M of 1 billion MCAT circulate, a single wallet held 98.59% of supply in September, and no allocation or vesting schedule has been published. In our assessment, the price of MCAT depends on when that supply moves, and the market has no calendar for it.

The forecast for this coin is being updated for the new year.
MCAT is two months old, so there is no 12-month record to measure. Spot trading opened on 10 September 2026 on KuCoin, Gate, Bitget, OKX, MEXC and XT, with KuCoin running a call auction from 11:00 to 12:00 UTC. The first week produced two moves in opposite directions that the data providers recorded differently.

| 8 Oct 2026 | $0.5032 | 30-day low (Blockspot) |
| 18 Oct 2026 | $0.8355 | 30-day high (Blockspot) |

The September rally had a source, and it was not the product. Bitrue tied it to the Gate CandyDrop, which paid rewards for spot trading tasks, together with new listings and a green week for altcoins. A 14-fold move in nine days followed by a 50% retrace is what promotion-driven demand looks like when the promotion ends.
The last month looks different, and that difference matters. MCAT moved +14.0% over 30 days and -2.9% over seven, inside a 24-hour range of $0.5868 to $0.6019 on 8 November. Volume was $830,635, and 81.96% of it ran through KuCoin's MCAT/USDT book. A narrow, stable range on thin, one-venue volume fits a market where a market maker sets the book. Such a market looks calm. That calm is no guide to where price goes once real sellers arrive.
The supply terms are simple, and they are the core of this forecast. MCAT is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain with a fixed 1 billion supply, all minted at deployment, and no further minting (KuCoin Learn). CoinGecko counts 94.06M MCAT as circulating, or 9.4%. On 18 September, BscScan holder data cited by CoinGabbar and Bitrue showed one wallet holding 985.9M MCAT, or 98.59% of supply.
The project has not published what that wallet is or when its tokens move. The gaps we found are these:
The supply data itself is unstable. CoinGecko treated all 1 billion MCAT as circulating in mid-September, then revised to 94.06M. CoinMarketCap shows a self-reported 137.95M on one part of its page and 120M on another. For a forecast, this means the market cap figure carries a margin of error of 47% before any price move.
Six sources publish numbers. Two of them apply a fixed 5% annual growth rate to the September price. None uses usage data, because none is published.
| Source | Published | Price used | Targets |
|---|---|---|---|
| CoinDataFlow | 8 Nov 2026 | $0.5925 | 2026: $0.362 to $0.572. 2027: $0.347 to $1.08. 2030: $1.14 to $6.43 |
| Blockspot | 27 Oct 2026 | $0.6193 | $0.4959 to $0.7277 by 3 Nov 2026 |
| CoinGabbar | 18 Sep 2026 | $0.9349 | 2027 bear $0.10 to $0.25, base $0.45 to $0.95, bull $1.44 to $2.18 |
| Bitrue | 18 Sep 2026 | not stated | Dec 2026: $0.4497 to $0.4743. 2030: $1.27 |
| MEXC | 12 Sep 2026 | $0.5049 | Dec 2026: $0.460 to $0.562 (5% model) |
| WEEX | 13 Sep 2026 | $0.48 | 2027: $0.5292 (5% model) |
We rebased both 5% models to the 8 November price, which puts them at $0.60 for end of 2026, $0.62 for 2027 and $0.72 for 2030. We then applied these rules:
The bear case needs no failure of the product, only a release of supply. If the circulating float rises to 30% by end of 2027 while the market cap stays at today's $55.7M, MCAT trades at $0.18. That matches CoinGabbar's bear midpoint. If all 1 billion tokens circulate by 2030 at the same market cap, the price is $0.06.
The order of magnitude explains why this case carries weight. The tokens outside circulation are worth $537M at the current price. Daily volume is $0.83M. Selling 1% of that holding, 9.06M MCAT, would equal 6.5 days of total market turnover.
Signals that point toward this path:
The base case places MCAT at $0.47 at end of 2026, $0.70 at end of 2027 and $1.00 by 2030. It assumes the controlling wallet keeps tokens off the market, or releases them no faster than demand absorbs them. The 2026 figure sits below today's price, in line with three of the four December 2026 estimates.
The 2030 figure is where the logic strains. $1.00 per MCAT means a $1 billion fully diluted value for an app that has published no user count, no revenue figure and no team. The base case is a median of what forecasters wrote. It is not a case the current disclosures support.
The bull case puts MCAT at $1.08 in 2027 and $1.27 in 2030. MarsCat's product is a privacy-first super app with peer-to-peer encrypted messaging, AI assistants, a built-in wallet and mini-apps called Substations, with no phone number, email or KYC required. For that product to carry a $1.27B valuation, three conditions would have to hold, in this order:
In our assessment, the data available on 8 November 2026 supports the bear case more than the base case, with one qualification on timing. Our reasoning:
The timing qualification is that concentrated control cuts both ways. A holder controlling the 90.6% outside circulation has every reason to keep the price stable while it holds, which is consistent with the narrow range of the past month. Stability of this kind might last for quarters. It ends when the holder's interest changes, and outside observers cannot see that moment in advance. With Cluster Protocol, the market at least knows the date when investor tokens vest, as we described in our Cluster Protocol price prediction. With MCAT, it does not.
Our assessment would move toward the base case if MarsCat published an allocation table with vesting terms and moved the controlling wallet into a disclosed, time-locked contract. Both steps cost the project nothing except control.
Two further risks sit outside all three scenarios:
